Potato Waffle
A terrific snack. We got our waffle iron from Goodwill, and the Potato Express from the As Seen On TV website.

Cook Time: 13 Minutes
Ingredients:
- Potato
- Optional Topping: Horseradish
- Optional Topping: Salsa
- Optional Topping: Leftover Soup
- Optional Topping: Soy Yogurt
- Optional Topping: Salt and Pepper
- Optional Topping: Applesauce
Instructions:
- Rinse potatoes under the faucet for a few seconds.
- Place potatoes into Potato Express mitt, and microwave for 4 minutes.
- Press a potato into a waffle iron and cook for 10 minutes.
